Does anyone know how to count the comparisons of sorting algorithms?

I'm trying to write a java program that will count the number of comparisons done by specific algorithms. I think that it's almost correct, but I want to know if I'm getting the correct results. Is there any way for someone to give me a program that checks the number of comparisons done by these sorting algorithms?

Actually, you don't need a program. Much better if you do it manually.
Get a sheet of paper and a pencil or pen then simulate each algorithms.
(note: you must know the concept of each algorithm and how they sort numbers)
After simulating, count the comparisons you've done on that sheet of paper.

That paper can also be a proof that you've done the program correctly..if you've done the manual simulation correctly good luck programming!
