Why should you delete your data? May be you do not need it or may be you are afraid that any one else can get access to it and misuse it. The reasons can be many but solution is one that is deletion of the data. You can just search them through google or any other search engine. Many of them are also available on trial basis. You should always go for the recommended and recognized one, as it can be held responsible for the wipe process. You must be thinking, what is the difference between data deletion using delete command available in operating system and the deletion using the Data eraser software. Files contain a pointer that helps in accessing them. When a file is deleted using operating system commands, only its pointer is deleted not the data.
Files deleted by using Delete, Shift + Delete or Format options are very much present at their locations. The space acquired by them is marked as free or available. When ever a new file is to be written it is written in this presumed free space. Data recovery applications are able to easily recover the so called deleted data. How to clean a dry erase board?
There is dry erase marker stains, or "ghosting" from mainly red dry erase markers. The actual marker has come off but it still has left faint lines. i have researched and told to do some things. i have already used standard dry erase board cleaner, mr. clean magic erasers , 409, and clorox wipes. nothing has worked and then i saw to use rubbing alcohol, i am however in a closed office environment and do not want the fumes of alcohol. is there any other way to get rid of these stains?
Sometimes just a little humidity (from your breath) can do it. But alcohol is the thing that really works. You shouldn't need a lot. Just do it while people are away at lunch or some other time when the office isn't crowded (or bring your whiteboard outside if you can). There are other solvents you could try, but they are all pretty much worse than alcohol - in terms of fumes, and may damage the whiteboard surface (i.e., may never be cleanable again after using it once more).
