What is this Franklin Covey Tote Bag?

It looks like brown leather, however I do not think it is real. The inside is a golden color. It has a cell phone pocket. pen slots, credit card slots, a lap top pocket, and a coin purse. I cant find a pic of it anywhere, or how much it costs. I was given it for free, and I want to get one for my sister.
Here's the problem:
I tried googling it, but none of the pics match what I have!
