Is there any possibility that my provincial lottery numbers are not generated randomly?
Over the past few years, I have been observing the 649 draws in the province of Ontario. I strongly believe they are NOT random numbers but are pre-selected according to the quick pick patterns of lottery ticket buyers. Could this be true? Can they select when the next big winner will take place and when?
They have not an interest to pre select numbers , nor winners.
It is a wrong assumption of people because they lose nearly of the time.
On the contrary, they want to show a winner because this encourage people to buy more tickets in the hope that the next winner will be x and/or y
