Does magix music maker 12 deluxe support instrument and vocal recording?

Oh and does magix music maker 16 premium support instrument and vocal recording as well? I need a good recording program that will support instrument and vocal recording........so if either of these programs don't..........can you tell me what program does? And a program that has lots of loops!!!

I'm not sure about 12 but 16 Premium does support both Vocal and instrument recording. I have done both with my version.
