The Hemp Network Pay Plan
The Hemp Network is ready to launch, but how high will you get? Will the official company's launch make it to high orbit or will this rocket go up in smoke and then crash. Despite the obvious humor found in its name and product line I have to wonder will this be a blessing or a big bust. This business opportunity targets the home based business and network marketers and its founders Don Steinberg and Bruce Perlowin hope to have a big hit. Using a binary compensation pipe line as its pay structure I will provide the pros and cons of this system.
With network marketing companies growing like weeds the grass may always seem greener on the other side. However there are certain key elements that give some companies an edge on their competition. A unique story, an air of mystery, a product nobody has but everybody needs and wants. When it comes to compensation or getting paid having a generous but easy to follow and understand pay plan is a big rush. So let's fire it up and take a closer look at general pros and cons of The Hemp Network.
Pros: All binary programs get their name from the main qualifier of only sponsoring or referring two dealers or members. This on the surface seems very appealing to most. Industry statistics claim that the average dealer only refers 2.5 new dealers in any cartel they enter. First seen in the early 1990's, binary compensation plans offer a more realistic sense of accomplishment when this requirement is first met. For illustration purposes lets replace the dealers with coke machines. Every week the company looks at the total of sales in your machine on the south side of the border. When it equals the minimum required amount of sale in the coke machine on the north side of the border the dealer receives as commission check. The advantage for those getting involved early is that you can ride a temporary level of growth in what is called a spillover effect due to the 2 per person requirement of a binary system. This means some people will actually have new dealers placed in their down line organization just for being in the right place at the right time.
Cons: Right now we know very little about The Hemp Network and its product line. Is it going to be a medical related product that will be subject to the FDA or will even the DEA. Or will it be one of the thousands of products that can be made from hemp such as smoke free rope or papers. But it is a consideration when joining any networking company, longevity. Next if you are looking for a long term relationship you are going to have to focus on your marketing skills, again because if you are relying on just sponsoring Aunt Mary or your cousin Mary Jane then you are going to be disappointed in your income earnings. Typically in a binary you will benefit if your sponsor is a sponsoring machine or a true internet marketer. The more they bring into the comp plan the more you benefit at least on the "strong leg" of your dealer network. Your best bet for long term success is to learn attraction and internet marketing strategies and then applying it to what ever company you decide to join. Now but that in your pipe and smoke it.

I have a dsl connection via at&t, a Dynex 4 port router /switch and 2 computers, one running windows 2000, and one running xp pro.
Pretty much "plug & play"...just make sure that you "power-cycle" everything once you make all your connections.
