The Many Features offered in Digital Pocket Size Cameras
Take great photos every time with the excellent features included in many pocket size digital cameras. We're all so busy that it's tough to take the time and read an inch thick user's manual just to learn how to take pics. Technology is advancing so rapidly that many digital camera makers are struggling to stay on top of things. It's these advancements that have consumers buying the latest and greatest camera on the market. This article will discuss different Canon digital pocket size cameras so you can understand the various features each camera offers.
If you're looking for a camera with a very small profile, look no further than the Casio Exilim Z1010. While it still managed to be listed among the ultra-thin cameras, it's also one of the slimmest cameras of its nature. The 10 megapixel camera offers not only great style but also a wide range of features that any digital camera aficionado can appreciate. Many users find the ease of use for this camera to be the most desirable feature by far. Not everyone likes to learn everything in the user's manual. Many people want a camera that is simple enough to just point and click once the battery is charged. In addition to a standard 3x zoom this camera offers image stabilization to compensate for shaking hands.
Next on the chopping block is a neat little camera put out by Sony called the Cyber-Shot DSC-T100. Face detecting technology that was patented by Sony is a major draw for this camera. In addition to a 3 inch LCD display, the camera offers 8 megapixels resolution and 5x zoom. If you want picture perfect tones for flesh in your photos you'll really appreciate the flash metering in these cameras. Perhaps the favorite feature among users is the ability to immediately process images. Its advantages include longer battery life, improved image quality, and lower response requirements.
The final camera review is by Fuji; it's the F31fd digital compact camera. The image quality of this camera is highly noteworthy due to the outstanding ISO standards. This is the very camera that proved the folly of focusing on pixel counts alone. That is not true at all, and most people still do not realize they do not need high pixel counts except for certain applications. So this camera traded off high pixel numbers for low light abilities and has proven to be a major competitor just the same. This camera is also well liked for its performance as a high speed camera and its long battery life.
Any camera maker would love to be in the position where they're struggling to design a follow up to a great product. There are terrific digital cameras available for all specs, applications, and budgets. You can find a decent camera starting in the low hundreds on up to $500 or more. You need to consider what you need the camera for. You can then search for cameras that will meet your needs.
