Women and Heart Attack—the Signal for Red Alert
Unlike high blood pressure, heart attack is not totally a silent killer. It can be fatal when not attended to immediately but if you know when it is going to come, you can prevent it or at least manage it so that it won't lead to further damage. Moreover, heart attack signs differ between women and men. At the meantime, let's discover when to signal for a red alert with heart attack among women.
Pain or numbness in the left arm is the usual early indication of a heart attack. To a few of women who have a history of heart attack, this is not the case. The discomfort is not restricted to the left arm but can also be felt in the back, the stomach, the neck and the jaws. Following this early sign is difficulty of breathing, dizziness and cold sweats
Feeling a little tired and weak than usual is also an obvious sign that you are going to have a heart attack. The irregular pumping of the heart may result to a short supply of glucose and oxygen in the body causing to easily get tired and even fatigued. Nausea and vomiting usually accompanies this symptom.
A signal you should also pay attention to is a tense and anxious feeling even if you're not actually worried about anything. Anxiety is linked to heart attack, but is also an accompanying symptom of a panic disorder. Therefore, be careful when making conclusions if you're just having pure anxiety attacks or not at the moment since it can be worse than that – it can be a heart attack.
Sleep disturbances are more likely to lead to a heart attack as well. If you wake up in the middle of the night trying to catch your breath, watch out as it can either be your regular sleep apnea that causes your throat to be obstructed or it can be a deadly heart attack. Either so, you have to be on your guard since sleep apnea is a big risk factor not only for heart attack but for hypertension, as well as stroke.
You can't always be prepared for heart attack but knowing these signs will surely help you at big time. If ever you start to feel these signs and symptoms, the best thing to do is to act immediately; take aspirin and call 911. But since prevention is better than cure, you might as well learn how to take care of your heart by living a healthy lifestyle, doing daily exercise, walking, running, yoga, for instance, and getting monthly checkups.

Red Alert 1 How to make the AI players not ally?
So I have recently been playing Red Alert 1 and I cannot stand playing when almost all the computer players(If you go over 3) ally and then team everyone until their dead. Is there a way to edit or a mod out that can change the AI to not ally ingame? Any help is appreciated thanks.
