Microsoft licensing is complicated. I have 40 CALs purchased with Windows 2000 Server. I would like to upgrade to Windows 2003 Server SBS. Can I use the same CALs or must new ones be purchased?

I would assume that upgrading to Windows Server 2003 would convert your client access licenses to a compatible format. It would be rational to assume that.
